I just had to e-mail in to let you know how awesome I think the BioGenix Optimal Hydration is. I had been playing beach volleyball in 90 plus degree weather for several days, needless to say I was pretty dehydrated. I used the BioGenix during the women's doubles tournament and felt great all day!! I had no fatigue and tons of energy. I have no doubt BioGenix was to credit for our winning the tournament.

I wish I had this product during my years as a resident in the hospital. Running around for 24 hours in a hospital often resulted in muscle cramps the next day. I feel that BioGenix Optimal Hydration certainly would have made post-call days easier. I still take overnight calls in the hospital and plan on using BioGenix Optimal Hydration to keep me from getting dehydrated.
